We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your order to us for a full refund of the product price (less original shipping charges), within 30 days of receipt of the product(s). Some exceptions may apply. Please see below for our return procedures.'

For Incorrect / Damaged Merchandise:

If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, contact us for instructions on how to return the damaged / incorrect product. In most cases, we will ship a replacement product to you along with prepaid return shipping labels at no additional charge.

For Unwanted Merchandise:

If the product you ordered just isn't what you expected, please contact us for instructions on how to return the unwanted product(s). You will need to ship the merchandise (in new condition, in its original packaging) back to our warehouse at your expense. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse, we will issue a credit for the full amount of the product price (less original shipping charges).

Please note:

All returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. For merchandise deemed worn, dirty, used or missing tags, the package will be returned to you at your expense and no refund will be issued. Lost return shipments are your responsibility, so be sure to ship the items to us via FedEx/UPS or some way we can track the shipment. Some of our products may have a Manufacturer's warranty.
